The eye technique is basic mascara and eye liner, and maybe a natural eyeshadow. Some facial bronzer will give you a healthy glow.

hair: blow dry your hair with a little mousse in it to poof it up a little.

make up: moisturise your face and let it dry – this gives you natural radience.

then put a good liquid foundation that matches your skin tone well, No7 is quite good but a bit expensive.

put a bit of powder foundation on to get rid of a bit of shine and to make the overall look look less oily.

for the eyes, you cant really see them too well but id suggest you put on a bit of gold or white eye shadow and very slightly line the top lid.

then put on a bit of mascara.

First you need to get a tan then you (if your hair isnot blonde) die your hair blonde then gel your hair and blow dry with round brush and add hair spray

For the hair search it up on google or have a word with your hairdresser
for the make-up- search google and look for make up techniques or go to your local beauty store with the photo and ask them what make up you will need and how to apply it or go to your local spa and have a make up session.

To get the healthy glow drink lots of water and dont eat to much greasy food and have a facial once in a while

Foundation / Concealer After moisturizing, use a foundation shade as close to your natural skin tone as possible and apply only to the red or uneven areas of your face.

Then apply concealer to the inner corners of the eyes and underneath to cover dark circles. Apply a small amount of concealer to the eyelid for a base foundation before applying shadow.

Blend well.
Blush Use a peach or terracotta shade blush in cream or gel formula (one that blends as smoothly with your natural skintone as possible). You should apply your blush in the style that best suits your face. Round faces look better with blush applied to the apple of the cheek, while narrower faces can take blush on the cheekbone. Apply blush one light layer at a time until you have a warm glow.
EYES

Eyelid Apply a sheer, pearly beige or shell shade from the lid to the crease. Then swipe a super-thin layer along the lower lashline. A mousse or cream formula can be a great option for this look.
Crease Apply a light tan or fawn in the crease from corner to corner. The idea is to emphasize the natural contours of your eye and create a realistic looking shadow.
Hilite Apply a very sheer, pearly nude shadow just below the brow, from underneath the arch to the outer corner. Apply in extremely thin layers in order to create the illusion of light reflecting off the browbone.
Eyeliner Choose a medium to light brown eyeliner. You can either use a sharp pencil, or use a wet brush dipped in a powder shadow.

Apply a thin line to the top lash line, from corner to corner. Use an extremely light touch and get the color in between the lashes. You can try dotting your way across the lashline and then going back and filling in to create one continuous line. You want just enough color to make the eyes “pop” without looking overtly lined.

Continue with a light hand to apply liner across the bottom lashline getting in between lashes like with the top lashline. If you want to make your eyes look larger and farther apart, like Ashley has, apply a slightly heavier line of eyeliner at the outer 1/3 of the upper and lower lashline. Blend well with your finger or a soft, angled brush.
Brows Use a brow wax, with a small brush to shape and fill in, or pencil. Start by defining the arch and then fill in the rest as necessary.
Lashes Curl lashes and coat two or three times with a black, thickening mascara.

LIPS

To get glass-smooth lips, try brushing them very gently with an old, soft toothbrush. Then apply petroleum jelly and allow it to soak in for 30 or more minutes.

Choose a super-sheer lipstick in a nude or shell shade. Apply a coat, blot with tissue to set and repeat. Cover your lips with a coat or two of clear gloss.

for eyes use a vanilla shimmer on the top just below the brow…then use a neutral brown such as a taupe color over the rest of the lid…then use a earth darker brown in the crease of the lid…the key is blending…i prefer using bare escentuals eye shadows. Its a loose eye Shadow and it is key to have a good eyeshadow brush…i use the double ended precision eye Shadow brush by bare escentuals…finish it off with a layer of eyeliner and a volume mascara….i also love bare minerals (bare escentuals foundation)….all of those can be purchased at QVC or at the bare escentuals website…. a little pricey but well worth it…also i purchase mine at ebay often (especially my brushes) at a fairly good discount….best to you……
