I like Beyonce’s body shape and I want to try to get to her level. I just like the fact that she is fit but not bulky like Madonna; slim and curvy but nothing like Paris Hilton.

I am 5’8 and 180lbs. I used be very athletic and so I am not sloppy fat.

I started a diet and workout program this week but I want to know what my ultimate goal should be to have a body like Beyonce.

beyonce is 5 feet 7 inches tall and she weighs about 132 pounds. people have different body shapes. you can only get to B’s level in terms of body if you have a similar body shape. if you dont have it don’t worry cus nothin’s impossible these days. there are different shape wears you can use to achieve her body shape hope this helped
