Business conference to feature political hot-shots

Sarah Palin and Laura Bush will headline a business conference in Bakersfield Oct. 9. California Congressman Kevin McCarthy will be included among the other 40 nationally known speakers at the event. Ridgecrest residents were considered in this year’s planning of the mega-star gala said event organizers.
