This judge is excepting bribes. By the law since he is corrupt he is not a judge. By the law since he has excepted the bribes he has no more lawfull authority to sit in judgement of her then you do (provided you are not a judge). $57,688. per year is alot of money to me. if the amount of money is the determing factor of the perception of bias. add up the years since he was elected and times it by appoxatly $50,000 L.A. county paid over 26.5 million in bribes in 2010 to L.A. superior judges

@buckjimmy – Then tell me when she was CONVICTED. Cause until that time, she IS Innocent! She hasn’t violated anything, as she has not been TRIED YET. In this country, we are ALL innocent until PROVEN guilty. The people have judged her but the courts have not. The judge who set her bond should be disbarred for swaying the judgment process with his, “advice,” as if she had been proven guilty already. What if she proves they gave it to her, then what, can she get her reputation back? It’s WRONG!

As judge schwartz even stated himself is that everyone needs to abide to the laws. EVEN JUDGES. I personally can not except being judged by a corrupt judge. He has excepted bribes. He was given retro active immunity from criminal prosecution for taking the bribes. (SBX211) retro active immunity is unconstitutional and unlawful, Nobody gets retro active immunity for crimes that they committed.
